Article 1 — Data Collected and Purposes

The Application does not sell any personal data to third parties.

Data without account: progress is stored locally on the device. See Terms of Use — Article 6.

OAuth sign-in: via Google or Apple, only the information necessary for authentication (identifier, email) is received.

Article 2 — Sensitive Data (Article 9 GDPR)

Due to the nature of the Application (sexuality, religion, couple life), certain responses or progress may indirectly reveal religious beliefs or elements of intimate life.

By creating an account and completing these modules, the User gives their express and explicit consent to the processing of this data. This consent is revocable at any time by deleting the data or the account.

This data is strictly confined to the User's account (and their partner's where applicable) and is not used for any commercial exploitation.

Article 3 — Processors and Transfers

Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Analytics tracking: Firebase Crashlytics and Mixpanel collect data only after the User's explicit consent, modifiable at any time in the Application settings. No tracking is enabled by default.

Article 4 — Retention Periods

• Account data (email, username): duration of the account; anonymization upon deletion
• Progress and responses: duration of the account or until deleted by the User
• Local data (without account): until deleted by the User or upon uninstallation
• Crashlytics logs: maximum 90 days
• Mixpanel data: up to 2 years
• Notification token: until revoked or account deletion

Account deletion: anonymizes identifiers (email, username, avatar) and disconnects the partner pair. To erase progress and responses, use « Delete my data » before or together with account deletion.

Article 5 — User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, the User has the following rights:

• Access to their personal data;
• Rectification of inaccurate data;
• Erasure (« right to be forgotten »);
• Restriction of processing;
• Portability of data provided;
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

These rights may be exercised:

• From the Application settings (data deletion, account deletion, analytics consent management);
• By email at hugues1277@gmail.com.

The publisher responds within one month of receiving the request.

In case of difficulty, the User may lodge a complaint with the CNIL

Article 6 — Security

The publisher implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

• encryption of quiz responses at rest on the server;
• hosting in France (PulseHéberge);
• restricted access to systems;
• secure authentication (email/password, Google/Apple OAuth).

As no security measure is infallible, the User is advised to protect access to their device and account.

Article 8 — Policy Amendments and Contact

The publisher reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.

• In the event of a minor amendment, the update date will be revised.
• In the event of a substantial amendment (new processing, new processor), the User will be informed via in-app notification or email. New consent may be requested where required by regulation.
